Ordering and Shipping

Placing an order in the SmeedijzerenBeslag.nl webshop is simple, fast and safe. For a detailed explanation of how our online store works, click here .
Do you want to add something to an already placed and paid order? If it has not yet been shipped, simply place a new order and mention in the comments that you want to combine the orders, or contact us. If the total value remains below €75,-, we will credit the shipping costs once. Above €75,- we will credit all shipping costs. Please note: changes are no longer possible once you have received a Track & Trace code.
Yes, when you order online, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation. If you don't see the confirmation in your inbox, check your spam folder.
When will my package arrive? This is one of the most important questions when ordering online. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible and clearly inform you about the delivery time. Are your items in stock? Your order will then be delivered within 1-3 working days. Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as working days.
At SmeedijzerenBeslag.nl packages are sent with PostNL. The shipping costs are a maximum of €4.95 within the Netherlands. Orders above €75,- are shipped free of charge.
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and then you have another 14 days to return the product. When returning the entire order, you will receive the full order amount including shipping costs back. The return costs are at your own expense and the items must be returned in their original condition and well packaged. For more information, click here. Is your item damaged? Contact our customer service via info@smeedijzerenbeslag.nl and send a photo. We are happy to help you!
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you can cancel it free of charge. To do this, contact our customer service as soon as possible via 085-3038675. Once a Track & Trace code has been sent and the order is on its way, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. After receipt, you can return the package. Do you want to return an item? Then the shipping costs are for your own account. Please contact us before returning an item.
