December is an extremely busy month for all couriers.
We continue to ship promptly with DHL, but due to the holiday rush at sorting centres and delivery hubs, parcels may experience a few days’ delay — especially during the week before Christmas.

Tip
If you want your order delivered before Christmas,
place it by Friday 19 December 2025.
Orders placed after that date will still be processed on our dispatch days (22, 23, 29 and 30 December), but due to heavy demand at DHL, delivery may only take place after Christmas.

We therefore recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for gifts or projects you need before the holidays.

Customer service availability
During week 52 (2025) and week 1 (2026), our telephone customer service will be closed.
We remain available by e-mail on weekdays, though response times may be slightly longer than usual.

Dispatch days during the holiday period
Due to the holidays and limited DHL routes, we will only dispatch orders on the following days:

On all other days, including Friday 2 January 2026, no shipments will take place.
Orders received on non-dispatch days will be processed on the next available shipping day.
